RainyBet is an independent crypto casino review desk. We are not an operator, we do not hold player funds and we cannot open, close, credit or investigate an account at any casino.
What to email us about
Everything goes to [email protected]. Put the page URL in the subject line and you will get a faster answer.
| Message | What we do with it | Typical turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| A bonus term changed — a code, a wagering figure, an expiry, a restriction | We re-check the operator terms and update the page, or mark the figure as unverified | 1–3 working days |
| A correction — something on a page is wrong | If you are right we fix it and note the change date on the page | 1–3 working days |
| A broken tool — a calculator or simulator misbehaving | We reproduce it, fix the maths or the script, and re-verify the formula | 2–5 working days |
| A dead link from one of our pages | Fixed on the next build | Within a week |
| Partnership or media enquiries | Read, triaged, answered if relevant — see the limits below | Longer |
What we cannot help with
We are not the casino
- We cannot release a withheld withdrawal, unlock an account, reverse a deposit or override a KYC decision. Only the operator can, and only through their own support channel.
- We cannot retro-fit a signup code onto an account that already exists.
- We cannot recover crypto sent to the wrong address or the wrong network. Nobody can — those transfers are final.
- We do not give legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this site is any of those things.
If you are in dispute with an operator, your route is their support, then their licensing authority's complaints process. We will happily tell you what we know about a brand’s published terms — see our review method for what we do and do not verify.
Sending us evidence helps
Four things that turn a report into a fix
- Include the exact page URL on rainybet.io that you are writing about.
Where people trip up: "The Rainbet page" could be any of fifteen. The URL removes the guesswork.
- Quote the operator's own wording, and say where you found it — terms page, cashier screen, promotions panel or support transcript.
Where people trip up: A screenshot without a source is hard to act on. We need to be able to re-check it.
- Say when you saw it. Bonus terms change without notice and without a changelog.
Where people trip up: A term that was true last month is not evidence that a page is wrong today.
- Redact your account ID, balance, email and any document images before you send anything.
Where people trip up: We do not need your personal data and would rather not receive it. See our privacy policy.
Editorial standards
We do not publish operator-written copy under a writer's byline, and we do not publish bonus figures we cannot see in the operator's own terms. Where a figure is not published in a fixed, quotable form, we say so plainly rather than inventing a number. Our scoring weights are published in full on the methodology page so anyone can check our reasoning against our conclusions.
